I recently had lunch at this restaurant in Valencia and I must say, it was a culinary masterpiece. The flavors were unparalleled, and the presentation was exquisite. Each dish was a symphony of taste and texture, leaving me speechless. Moreover, the service was impeccable - (we were served by Enriquo and he was amasing) attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable staff made the experience even more enjoyable. It truly was the perfect dining experience, and I can't wait to return.

So so good, the waiters were friendly, the atmosphere was a relaxed elegance. The drinks were good, I really enjoyed the Ague de Valencia and my mother enjoyed her Lemonade de Coco. But the star was the food. We had the fried peppers to start, which were well seasoned and they were so mild and refreshing. The seafood paella was so delicious and so fresh! The seafood was absolute perfection, the shrimp were deliciously sweet, the muscles, clams, and fish were very fresh. 10/10 I’d go again!

Restaurante El Infante is an elegant sight to behold in city center. We arrived for dinner and were seated by Alex, who happened to be our server as well. He was delightful, helpful, and attentive. We ordered a bottle of wine pairing with a few plates of delicious food to enjoy. Everything was beautiful to see and so delicious!

La comida estaba muy buena, pedimos todo para compartir y probar un poco de cada plato.

Bravas campestres, pulpo a la brasa sobre puré de boniato y revuelto de gambones pelados, ajos tiernos y espárragos trigueros de primero. Todo un acierto! La salsa de las patatas bravas está muy rica ?

De segundos pedimos , secreto ibérico y calamar salvaje de playa. La carne estaba en su punto y muy jugosa, y el calamar muy rico aunque como fue para compartir, nos resultó muy poca cantidad.
Esto lo compensamos pidiendo 3 postres, no había mucha variedad en la carta pero compartimos Tarta de queso, Brownie con helado de vainilla y Torrijas de horchata con helado de leche merengada. Buenísimos todos!!!!

Además fuimos un grupo de 6 amigos y reservamos para comer en terraza y justo empezó a llover. Instalaron unas sombrillas para cubrirnos pero a nosotros nos ofrecieron pasarnos dentro que se había quedado una mesa libre. Muy amables y agradables.

We had both our evening meals at El Infante when we visited Valencia in January. Having enjoyed an amazing paella at the restaurant on our first night, we’d thought we’d return to try more of the tapas and other mains. The only minor complaint was the small amount of truffle sauce with my pork fillet, but it was still delicious. Prices are very reasonable given the quality of the food. Service was great both times.

Luckily we made a reservation on the day and managed to get in. We were given a table inside for 2 thankfully as it was a bit chilly this evening. It’s gorgeous inside and really cosy and elegant and refined. I love the decor and welcoming ambience. We had a gorgeous silver blonde lady server who we didn’t understand but she was really polite and charming, as were all the servers.
I was excited to try their freshly cooked paella. We had the Valencian, which they make with chicken. It was quite flavourful but the chicken was quite dry/overcooked. Loved our tapas starters of burrata/tomatoes and pesto, and the curried breaded prawns were very tasty. It’s a lovely restaurant and we enjoyed the experience.

It was a fine experience to dine here. We sat outdoors and were politely explained that it would take around 30min to make the paella. They make it fresh and we rather wait a little to eat fresh than heated. A bit on the pricey side yet worth a try.

This was our first time trying the Paella Valencia. What a fine introduction to this old traditional dish. The grains were well cooked. The meat was well cooked. Meat around bones are the most moist and delicious. Next time, we want the tasty leg piece too

The taste was fantastic, the quantity was just good and overal delicious.

There was no Socarrat and we didn’t miss it. It was fine.

The staff was kind and informed us well about the kitchen and their goal to serve fresh. The atmosphere is positive and enjoyable.

We would definitely go back here!
